Each and every home is unique, in that they are different sizes with differing amounts of furnishings, etc. So, the amount of time needed to implement everything you decide to do will be determined after our initial meeting.

The initial consultation is up to 2 hours for a flat rate and anything after that will be on a per hour basis. I will take you through the home and we will make a very detailed action plan. I may even make some adjustments to your furnishings and décor items as we move from room to room (with your approval) so your home will actually begin to transform as we proceed. 

You will be able to follow the action plan and do as much of the work yourself as you would like. Or, we can arrange to have the work done for you. This is all about you and I am here to help you attain your goals of preparing your home for market.
